Caring for your body is personal, and we want you to feel completely at ease choosing Feminly. If something is not right, we will make it right. Here is how returns and refunds work.

You have 90 days to decide

You can request a return within 90 days of receiving your order. There is plenty of time to see how Feminly fits into your routine before you decide.

Condition of returned items

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging. This helps us handle every return safely and fairly.

No restocking fees

We never charge restocking fees. The price you see is the price you pay, with no surprises when you return something.

How to start a return

Send an email to hey@myfeminly.com with your order number and we will walk you through the next steps. A real person will help you from start to finish.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method so your return can be followed safely back to us.

Exchanges

Prefer a different option instead of a refund? Exchanges are available on request. Just let us know at hey@myfeminly.com and we will help you sort it out.

When you get your refund

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, refunds are processed within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need a few extra days to show the funds in your account.
