Where we ship

For now, we ship within the United States. Keeping our focus local lets us give every order the care and speed it deserves.

Free delivery on every order

Shipping is free on all orders. No thresholds, no hidden fees at checkout, just your Feminly delivered to your door.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and packed within 1 to 2 days, Monday through Saturday. Everything is handled with care before it leaves us.

Transit time

Once your order ships, delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days, Monday through Saturday.

Total delivery time

In most cases your order will arrive within 4 to 7 business days from the moment you place it.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can follow it the whole way to your door.

Order cancellations

We begin processing orders right after they are placed. If you need to cancel, please email hey@myfeminly.com within 60 minutes of your purchase and we will do our best to stop it in time.

Delays

We always aim to deliver on schedule, but occasional delays can happen during busy periods or because of weather and other logistics outside our control. If anything affects your delivery, we will keep you updated.
