Where do I find the date of my first order?
Search your inbox for your very first Feminly order confirmation. The date of that email is the one that counts. Not sure? Just try both options, or email us and we will check it for you.
I started before October 13, but my latest delivery was after. Which one do I choose?
Choose "Before October 13, 2026". Only the date of your first order matters. Renewals and later deliveries always stay in the same place as the subscription they belong to.
Why are there two options?
We recently upgraded our store. Subscriptions that started before the upgrade are managed in our previous system, so nothing changes for you: same products, same subscription, same team.
I tried both options and still can't find my subscription.
